I have come to this location even prior to the remodel and new management. Always superb service. Today I walk in and 2 other customers follow me . Zaineb , whom I usually interact with and has always been amazing, takes my order. Another employee, whom I thought was a customer at first as she was standing outside of the service area, walks back and assist her boyfriend / fiance/husband ,I dont know the man's relationship to her but she was being flirty. He walked in after me. She makes his drink and he leaves. Then apparently she knows the female who walked in after the gentleman, and makes her drink. I remain patiently waiting confused as to why I walked in first and yet she is yet to make my drink I am not one to be so ticked by something so small but its the disrespect that I find issue with. She prioritized customers' orders based how well she knew them. That is unprofessional and unkind. Their time isn't more valuable than mine. I do not think she she charged the gentleman for his drink either but I could be wrong. I did take a picture so people and management can be aware that this unprofessional barista plays favorites. I did notify her that I took her picture

Nice, clean & relaxing coffee/ team house. Good service with a smile. Plenty of available seats. Suggest create middle divider to create cozy seating atmosphere

Qahwah House – Dearborn Heights is hands down one of the best coffee spots around. The atmosphere is warm, modern, and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and professional. Their Yemeni coffee and Adeni tea are absolutely amazing, rich, smooth, and full of flavor. You can really tell everything is made with quality ingredients and care. The desserts and pastries pair perfectly with the drinks too. Whether you’re coming to relax, work, or catch up with friends, this place delivers every time. Consistent quality, great service, and an authentic experience. Highly recommend!

The coffee here is magnificent. We're always looking to find another coffee place to indulge in, and this is quite the gem. The Iced Yemeni Latte was beautifully presented and tasted just as good. The Iced Pistachio Latte is hands down the best pistachio latte I've had.

Loved the food and atmosphere. The wall decor is done so beautifully. It’s warm, it’s cozy, it’s Nice and clean with a great friendly staff. Our order was made fresh, served warm.loved the chai and coffee. The honey comb was so good. The kids tried fudge and cake pops and they enjoyed them a lot. Will definitely be going back again. Do check them out.
